I am responsible for all online marketing and sales channels including the website, search, email, advertising, social and mobile. Being an ecommerce company, this makes my skills and expertise integral to the success of the business.
During my time at Exante Diet I have managed the digital strategy to align with key business objectives. To do this I have built a solid understanding of the business, its industry, customers and competitors. Using my 6 years’ experience and knowledge of a wide scope of digital channels and the multi-channel, multi-device landscape, I have introduced new initiatives and developed key existing assets to improve performance and cost effectiveness.
I work closely with the company directors to plan future initiatives, give business recommendations, develop campaigns, and define budgets, offers, products, and to ensure the website is compliant with diet industry and ASA legislation. I also work closely with web development, marketing and search agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging, high quality user experience and high performance of our channels.
I am also responsible for the maintenance of the website and other digital assets. This includes managing all digital projects, optimizing and creating website page designs, copy and imagery, running split tests, running all social network activity, performing all data analysis and running advertising campaigns.
